Not all tasks should be automated.

Some tasks deserve a human touch.

Here's how to determine which processes to automate.

2. 𝗧𝗜𝗠𝗘 𝗖𝗢𝗡𝗦𝗨𝗠𝗣𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡
3. 𝗘𝗥𝗥𝗢𝗥 𝗣𝗥𝗢𝗡𝗘

Manually searching for leads is a nightmare.
Expensive tools like Apollo/Apify? Even worse.

So I built my own n8n tool → scrapes sites + emails from Google Maps → drops clean leads into Sheets.
24/7. Free. No paid APIs.

DM “leads” if you want to see it.

People don’t skip meetings because they don’t care.
They just… forget.

That’s why I built a tool that:
✅ Reads my calendar
✅ Sends reminders 1 day, 6 hrs, and 2 hrs before
✅ Cuts no-shows and gets more work done

Small system. Big results.
Want me to share the workflow?

Freedom isn’t about money. It’s about time.
Build systems → Get hours back → Actually live.
That’s why I bet on automation.

The problem with AI agents? 😩

They sound great, but often mean more headaches.

We skip the "fancy agents" and build simple, reliable automations that never hallucinate and just work.

I’m not half in.

All in. All pressure. All results.

TheQuickAI is not a side project.
It’s how I build the future I believe in.
