Justice has been delivered in a 20-year-old rape case thanks to Kentucky State Police's Sexual Assault Kit Initiative (SAKI) team, which we formed in 2021. Every survivor and victim deserves to know these violent criminals are held accountable, and I am proud we are making progress in Kentucky.
