Fourth, I see a lot of criticism about oil. About 20 years ago, Venezuela expropriated American oil property and until recently used that stolen property to get rich and fund their narcoterrorist activities.

One other thing: over the weekend, I met with some friends who work at colleges. They told me they already see the effect of our policy in hiring, trainings, and promotions. There's a lot more to do, but I'm very proud of our team on this.

One final observation about the above essay: so much of this was generational. Older white men created a system whereby they'd be fine, but millenials and GenZ would get screwed.
