I sit down to read the Bhagavad Gita. I’ve read it before. But something is different this time. The words start to shift everything around me. They start to sing out of the sound of the cow’s moo. They start to sing out of the chair I’m sitting on.

I’ve been meditating with a wonderful practice called Ascension for at least an hour everyday for the past year now. I finished up my morning meditation and head outside, continuing the practice with my eyes open. There is a herd of cattle grazing nearby.
