I just created a Starter Pack. I question the validity of the idea.

We are planning to move to Western New York. Near to Lake Erie in Chautauqua County. The snow belt.
We must be goofy. 🥶

We’re trying to get away from hurricanes in Florida and the costs for insurance and repairs.

My wife and I are attempting to sell our house and move. It’s not easy at the moment.

I think people are afraid.

I like bookstores and I like libraries. I believe that very often they should be put together and create a "Third Place" in many communities. A place to read, to write, and have coffee. A place to see others and develop relationships.

Wouldn't that be a nice addition to many smaller communities?
