Venus of Hohle Fels. According to Wikipedia (accessed 26 January 2026), this figure "is the oldest undisputed example of a depiction of a human being." As far as I can make out from the photograph, she's essentially a torso with boobs and pussy. We'll never know if the artist was a man or woman.
