We lost her a few weeks ago. You knew how good Lily was feeling if this was her go to position at her spot. We were blessed to have her with us for 14.5 years. Dogs are the best.

Everything immediately around me and my family. I'm blessed to live where I do. We're in the middle of nowhere in the middle of everything. 20 to 30 minute drive from almost everything we need. And this little girl is pretty good company. Also the Bluesky community.

Bahahaha! We've been blessed with 4 rescues over the past 15 years. Life is better with a dog 🐕 if you pay attention to them and learn who they are. Our newest companion and the sweetest girl who left us a few weeks ago. Lily was as sharp as a tack and didn't miss a thing.

We lost our girl Lily yesterday. This one hit home. She is missed very much already.

I made a friend today. She was in an old planter box that I was breaking up. I'm thankful that I noticed her. I moved her to another planter box.

Dogs are the best. Nothing against cats or any other animals. We've got 2 furry friends here. I used to think saying fur babies was ridiculous. I now understand.

We couldn't save one of our girls years ago. She was riddled with cancer. However because of Dakota we rescued 3 more. Here's a picture of two of our rescues.
