No matter what is going on in the world or my world each day, I do try to stop and be grateful even for the seemingly small things. Some days, I am just grateful to be grateful - to be in a space mentally and/or physically that I can be grateful.

What an insightful statement. I think many align with this knowledge but find the struggle to be in HOW to move on.
