Even after ACLR, knee motion isn’t always normal. This
@jorthopres.bsky.social study found more tibial rotation, longer patellar tendons, and patella alta in ACLR knees. Stability doesn’t always mean normal movement, which may explain why osteoarthritis is common after ACLR. doi.org/10.1002/jor....
