Mostly for club points, you can also give and request different shoes, and you get a monthly reward based on your club's ranking

I don't think you need to use her for that, but it's the most common distance for her in Team Trials
Bakushin, Air Groove and King going Front, Pace and Late respectively should get you a decent Sprint team assuming you don't have anyone better
