Doesn't help if the problem is elsewhere. They kept sending people until I told them if any more turned up I would chase them away. The problem was in an exchange or whatever the equivalent is these days.

This worked for me after all the sort of nonsense you have endured.
Go to a Telstra shop, tell them your problem and all the interactions you have had and tell them you are not leaving until you are sure a solution is known and will be implemented promptly.

And yet the media still sticks to it original story of an "explosive laden" or similar, caravan.
And of course we can rely on Alex Ryvchin to appear trying to wring the last bit of sympathy out of this non-event.

We never saw a photo of the caravan or explosive and yet the caravan was always "full", "laden" or "packed" with explosives. Really? Caravans are not built for carrying heavy loads. What sort of a terrorist would select such a conspicuous vehicle to park outside a target?
