What do you do when you feel inferior to scientists, scholars and the educated? You pretend you are part of that cohort by faking it. This is about dumbing down complex issues to match a personal agenda. Forget tariffs, this will do more long term damage and the point of no return is now

It’s interesting that the USA has always ‘thrived’ but now finds that ‘survive’ is the thing to aspire to. That’s the damage Trump has inflicted. The psychology of lowered expectations for the masses while the elite see boom times is what this administration is all about. Job done 😞

No one believes Trump anymore. The China debacle has people seeing that he’s all talk. More will start defying him in the future or simply lie and then do what they like.

Tariff induced slowdown is the downstream effect of having incompetent people running the show. So thinking about the large number of incompetent people leading other parts of government, things are going to spiral on many fronts, slowly but surely

The beauty of the Trump approach for overseas countries is that it gives everyone else time to move away from the US on all things financial and cultural without a sudden impact. The long term impact of Trump will be the steady decline of the US due to incompetent people in all the key roles

I can understand pulling her nomination because she supported vaccines, masks, and stopping misinformation during the pandemic, but I don’t get how something like a doubt over her qualification should rule her out of serving in a Trump administration.
