'Chasing the mist' at Roydon Common nature reserve #Norfolk mid week. We were presented with a big cloud bank on the horizon and... very little mist in the valley. Still, there was some colour in the heather as foreground interest.

A sunset trip to Stiffkey sea marshes on the north Norfolk coast was rewarded with lovely conditions, although the sea lavender had seen it's best due to the hot weather. Taken alongside the wonderfully named 'Patch Pit creek'!

A recce visit to Happisburgh lighthouse on the #Norfolk coast, ahead of a week of filming and photography in the area. This season's barley crop makes a lovely foreground against threatening storm clouds. The old pill box remains... protecting the lighthouse!
