My exact stack for SEOTakeoff:

Frontend: Next.js + Tailwind + shadcn/ui
Backend: Supabase + Vercel
AI: Claude API
Payments: Stripe
Email: Resend

Total monthly cost: ~$50

You don't need complicated infrastructure to start.

Why my first 3 side projects failed:

1. Built for 6 months before talking to anyone
2. Features nobody asked for
3. "Launch day" that nobody noticed

What changed: I started selling before I finished building.

The product doesn't need to be ready. Your pitch does.

You don't need AI in your MVP.

You need a solved problem.

Solo founders — what's your #1 bottleneck right now?

Product? Distribution? Motivation?

I wanna hear it 👇

Most founders get cold email wrong:

They pitch features.

Instead: lead with the pain, show you understand their world, make the ask tiny.

"Can I show you a 2-min demo?" > "Want to buy my product?"

Almost every time I've failed, the reason is depth and consistency

I didn't go deep enough

I didn't fail enough times

I didn't stick with it long enough

I didn't get enough volume done

Consistency and focus always wins.

Quit my job as a product manager to do two things:

1. Build a SaaS product to $10K/mo

2. Learn to build houses, with the aim of building two 1-bedroom cottages to rent.

Here to share my learnings and progress
