MtG- I’m in.

I had a geeky #F1 thought- whilst this season’s horrible Ferrari livery is clearly about making the sponsor logo stand out, to give the designers some credit it also appears to pay homage to a classic Lauda 1970s Ferrari

Whoever designed this livery for the new Ferrari had one job. Make it red. Not sure what happened here, but it’s not good….

Beautiful sunset at Caswell tonight. I will never tire of having Gower on my doorstep. As much as I enjoyed pottering around central London last week, I wouldn’t swap this for anything.

A good book. A good whiskey. A comfy armchair. My idea of a good time!

Dreaming of escape to warmer and sunnier climes this morning!

Recently I’ve been experimenting with how I brew filter coffee, using all the various methods I’ve collected over the years & you’ll all be excited to know I’ve come a conclusion.

It’s a Chemex with paper filter for me!

The coffee is brighter, cleaner & I love how there is almost no bitterness ☕️

Off to the Swansea.Com for some FA Cup third round action. Hoping for some magic…

Made a detour to the Monocle Cafe on the way back to the station- worth it for the earl grey macarons alone!

Always keen to add a spike of excitement into the Christmas Eve family walk!

The Picnic is my favourite kind of social history; using the memories & experiences of ordinary people to shed light on extraordinary times.

It’s a nuanced look at the fabric of society, of how narratives can be manipulated and of the nature of freedom.

It’s one to add to your Christmas list!

A very early start on the train to Birmingham for work. Will need to keep the coffee flowing today!

Just heard The Fairytale of New York on the radio- first Christmas tune of the season.

Whilst I’d love to be grumpy about it, I don’t have it in me- I love this song and the festive season is on the way 🎄🎅🏻⭐️

A very entertaining trip to the Principality with 11 tries scored- just a shame seven of them were by Argentina!

Nice to see LRZ back in a Wales jersey.

I’m currently watching the latest season of Strange New Worlds. Mostly it’s felt lacklustre & I’ve been disappointed.

However tonight I watched Through the Lens of Time & I was blown away.

It felt like the perfect combination of old & new trek.

I loved every second of it.

Ultra Processed People is blowing my mind.

I knew ultra processed food was bad for me (and everyone else), but learning just how damaging & addictive it is has been eye-opening.

It explains the struggles I have had with weight and food my whole life & that is empowering for change.
