The greens are just traditional layering. The bone is a yellowish speed paint. I'm really satisfied with going over the top of the bone with a violet wash. It knocks back the yellow, creates deeps shadows and leaving a spot untouched here and there gives it a more natural look.

Local shop is starting a #Conquest league and I've been super hyped to paint up a force for this. I've never played a rank and file wargame before and am looking forward to these poor souls getting creamed on a weekly basis. #nerdlings

Really good game of #opr today. Progressive scoring with points for killing units and heroes. My tyranids came out on top 12-10 with some crazy dice swings putting me ahead turn three. #nerdlings

Dreadnought based. Wanted to make an arch that mimicked the custom chapter symbol but with a severed head in place of the blood drop. But I also have two small children I play with so... I magnetized it 😀

Finished off these two squads this weekend. #Infinity O-12 that needed some basing and these Zulus Braves. The Zulus are FDM printed so forgive the quality there the models from Wargames Atlantic are really quite good. #nerdlings

Painted a second small unit for a growing Sci-fi Zulus project. These are Wargames Atlantic Iron Core ladies with a head swap. Original unit is from their online STLs that I tried to do justice despite FDM printing them.
