The injuries will help the Bulls tank, which really should have been the strategy all along. That and trade everyone who isn't Giddey, Matas or Ayo.

"Bring the Media to Heel" is also quite problematic, as is the NYTimes' frequent use of the term "crackdown," which typically connotes/implies a response to activities that are actually illegal.

Also, Giddey is a really good rebounder, especially for a PG, and the Bulls need all the rebounding help they can get.

If expansion happens, the NBA should seriously consider a 2nd Chicago team but make it Western Conf. Quite possible there's more money to made there than Seattle or LV, based on the Clippers and Nets examples

I like Coby, but trading him now while his value is high makes sense for the Bulls, if they can get a good deal. Why pay next summer to keep him when he doesn't match the rebuild timeline & ideally is a second-option scorer anyway?
