China hasn’t even tested their super heavy launch system yet but yes they should have their super heavy system ready to go by 2027 and I could see them launching such a weapons system with it.

That wouldn’t been able to have been put into orbit clandestinely….as a huge space dork the US is currently the only nation with the capacity to launch such system into orbit to begin with and I’m not aware of a launch that would have fit that profile to begin with
