Nightly depression does suck. There's much less to try to distract yourself with other than online stuff that'll just fuel it. I keep seaweed snacks and crackers on hand just because salty tastes can sometimes relieve it a bit. I hope you have ways or find ways to manage it that work for you. ❤️

You should see the warning labels from El Salvador. They take up half the package and will usually show some pretty gnarly things like people on ventilators and fetuses.
