If anyone had told me that I was going to be collecting older books to protect astrological sources that hadn't been corrupted by machine delusions I would have been hard to convince at first

not even close. a high school of no particular distinction, and then took 10 years to get a bachelor's degree at a sub-mid university. honestly i think he went as far as he did because he was the only guy in the Reform Party who could speak french.

his parents were teachers and he got a really good education. He went to the best catholic high school in Edmonton (public and catholic are both public school systems here) when they were still teaching Latin and rhetoric, then he went to the best catholic university in canada, and then Oxford.
