Out here in the sticks (Merritt) it is completely unreasonable to get blood tests done on demand for potential drunk drivers. The little hospital here won’t call in a phlebotomist for a non emergency. There are very few who can’t physically blow into the device.

Interesting but I don’t think I ever saw anyone slurping BBQ sauce before blowing. 😳. I have seen them try to suck copper based pennies and blame mouthwash but by the second test after 15 minutes of observation they had a truer test.

I think it is important to hear them as there may be some information contained within that we were not aware of but that doesn’t equal respect. If what they say is obviously false it can be dismissed or ignored.
