The reason Disabled People don't have jobs in the UK is because.

1. Almost all Employers will not hire a Disabled Person, they will always pick a non-Disabled person if they can.

2. The NHS is not treating Physical/Mental Illness so people don't get better.

Deal with this.

compassion fatigue. I don’t blame them. Their job day and night must be soul destroying. Not criticising them AT ALL. They and their patients deserve more. Elderly, frail,dementia sufferers, mental health disorders, substance abuse, medical conditions and trauma cases. The situation is hell

I went to a&e with my adult son. It really was hell on earth. Waiting room rammed,
a&e dept packed. Very unwell people on chairs for days receiving treatment as no trolleys/ beds. No where else in the hospital to treat them. Some staff kind, all staff got job done- most seemed to have compassion

This is the dehumanising reality of genocide.
