I completely agree, and “real” immutability has a real complexity cost to pay regardless it’s blockchain or not.

On point! Blockchain is an “old” technology without any real world production use cases except coins. And even with coins the practical limitations outweigh most benefits.

And I guess so are your bugs and human mistakes?
