I think it's pretty cool how most cuisines around the world seem to have agreed that eggs+tomatoes+onions is a goated combo. I'd call it huevos pericos from the colombian side of my family. What do you folks call it?

Theory was : you can make vegan and gluten free pasteis de nata using rice sheets dunked into vegan custard. Recipe needs some fine tuning BUT it did work!

Roasted a little gammon joint with honey glaze yesterday. Sliced it and let it in the fridge in the glaze. Served it today with white rice and an attempt at green mango salad.

Anyone have a name for this? Went off the recipe for "millas" ,a sweet porridge of millet (modernly, cornmeal) traditional to Southwest France, cooled down and fried in butter. Going off the recipe for biko (filipino sticky rice cake), cooked it with coconut milk, sugar and ginger. Is that a thing?
