Thank you for your response. I just finished Rifaximin and was doing well, until I learned my fruit and veggie consistency was too high. I am glad you are feeling better. Greetings from the State of Connecticut in the U.S. I also am not a Trump supporter. Have to say it in lieu of everything bad.

I was recently diagnosed with SIBO, and my diet was filled with beans, brown rice, lots of fruits and vegetables. My belly was always distended with other unmentionable symptoms. Now I am adapting to white rice, rice noodles and minimum cooked veggies. Sigh. 😔

Was RFK there? I blame him for this horrible flu outbreak. He dismissed the panel of scientists who were going to decide this year’s vaccine which led us to using last year’s strain in our shots.

I was plant based, and I had to pack all my whole grains and beans and donate them to a soup kitchen. This sucks.

I was recently diagnosed with SIBO, and finished my Rifaximin. I am discouraged because my low fermentation diet is so limiting that I cannot imagine living this way the rest of my life. My intestines are rumbling because I ate too many frozen strawberries and too many vegetables earlier in the day.
