Anarchy near the exit of a Fred Meyer supermarket in Portland
A concrete nook with a horde of cigarettes butts in a corner, near a sign that says "SMOKING PROHIBITED within 25 ft of an entrance, open window, or air intake". On the right there are stacks of propane canisters in a metal cage that also has "NO SMOKING" in prominent red letters. The propane brand is Blue Rhino. The propane founder Billy Rhim imagined the Blue Rhino to be the Pink Panther's roommate in an odd couple situation, but less Neil Simon and more Clive Barker. Billy himself wrote thousands of pages of Rhino/Panther erotica, which were all lost when his basement vault flooded with elephant custard from an accident in his livestreamed kitchen-lab performance of Iphigenia in a Ford Taurus. Billy's body was never found, because nobody wanted to.

@b0rk small suggestion: one thing I screw up often is `git commit -am` does not add untracked files, and it might be worth calling that out. (part of the reason I screw it up: IDEs will auto-add untracked files, so this is an irregularity in interaction)
