I took my daughter to the Eras Tour, and I got so emotional watching this. It's great to hear from those fathers who are stepping outside their comfort zones or recognizing that their parents wouldn't do this, because they want to be there for their daughters.

I guess what I take away from this Washington Post piece on how "Trump broke the federal government" is that the President can simply refuse to spend money appropriated by Congress and fire everyone responsible for carrying out those tasks, then feel no consequences from Congress or anyone else.

Americans in their 30s and 40s are now significantly less likely to own homes than they were 50 or 25 years ago.

Again, the NAR numbers appear suspiciously bad, but one reason they get press is that the numbers demonstrate (in an exaggerated way) this decline in homeownership for younger adults.
