Hiding stuff in the lore is the majority of Destiny's story, so I don't really think it was shied away from, though they could have been more explicit about their relationship in game earlier. Though that may have not been the intention and was retconned do to player theorising

I'd like to know what you thought was bad about it? From what I've seen Heresy has been said by most to be the best story of the year and Drifter & Eris' relationship moments was a long time coming

Support have been polite enough, but for all intents and purposes useless. I don't know why Bungie are allowing their store to be this awful. It has such a bad reputation and it can only make their reputation worse by extension.

Left it at this point until the morning, maybe something would be fixed. After all, it seems the support are based in NA as the time stamps on their emails were hours behind BST. BUT whether it was fixed or not, it's still showing as sold out.

Clicking to buy the collectors edition without the Steam code is still available! But it was wrong to once again get my hopes up, as the website STILL DOES NOT WORK. Could anyone in the UK buy it? OR was it just me the site wouldn't allow?

After a while longer, wrestling the site again, I finally see that it now says sold out, and this time it's a more official looking message and not an error message when clicking add to cart. Completely dejected and beaten down I finally decide to just play Destiny. But I look at the store again.

Absolutely fuming at this point. I've never had a website kick me around like this before, even getting tickets for gigs isn't as aggravating as this is.
I think at this point it was around 9:30pm (BST), I had started this at 6pm (BST).

And MAGIC the collectors edition is back in stock!? Add to cart. Open checkout, excited, maybe the sites been fixed. At some point before this I had emailed support and they told me to try the site again later 🙃, so I thought maybe this was the fabled "later" Go to shipping and BANG

At some point the website decides it's bored of our fun game and takes me back to the check out, I'm not sure if it's at this point or a bit later, but I get a message saying it's sold out. Annoyed, frustrated, upset I stop. Come back about half an hour to an hour later removed the item from my cart

From here I began a 𝑓𝑢𝑛 game with the website. Each time I'd go to checkout before the checkout fully loaded it would instead spit me out to the account page. This went on for around an hour I'm sure. Tried logging out, tried closing the browser, clearing cookies, and other things.

I think at this point maybe there's a cookies issue. Open a different browser. Open EU Bungie store. Log in with the 2nd account. Open cart, delete and re-add the items to make sure they're still available. Open Checkout. Same message, again check my account details are correct. Go back to checkout.
