I had the pleasure of doing some fun fretwork and even more fun finish repair (after removing an aftermarket pick guard) on this Andrew J White guitar from 2003. I’m very happy with the way it turned out! #guitarrepair #luthier #guitarfinishrepair #acousticguitar #guitarrefinishing

I’ve embarked on a rehab/restoration project for a romantic guitar that has “1874” as its only marking. It has friction peg tuners, and at one point (maybe originally?) was a 7-string guitar. This thing is a little peanut!! It’s had ZERO internal repairs in its lifetime! 0 internal repairs. 1 refret

I love vintage #hofner instruments, and I’m absolutely giddy that these three beauties were dropped off today to get ready for sale. They have been in storage for at least 20 years, and they have almost no play wear!! I can’t wait to start working on them! 🤘🏼🤘🏼 #vintageguitar #guitarrepair

I just finished a back crack repair on a #martinguitar. It’s tough to blend repairs on the matte finish guitars, but I think this turned out pretty OK! #guitarrepair #luthier #guitarrepairshop

I recently did some electronics work on this 60’s @hofner 173. I’ve never seen pots with the lugs like this before, and it took me a minute to figure it out. Very cool guitar! #vintageguitar #guitarrepair #luthier #hofnerguitar

I’ve been working on a Baldwin Baby Bison Bass, and I have never seen this type of truss rod adjustment system anywhere else! To be fair, it can be accessed without removing the neck, but I had to take the neck off anyway. #luthier #guitarrepair #bassrepair

I had to scramble and relocate due to heat issues in my shop, which has slowed my progress. But, here’s one of my projects from this weekend…full refret on an SG that’s definitely got a story to tell!!

I don’t know how I functioned for so long before I got this! Absolutely the best neck cradle!!

#gibson ES-335 Custom from the early 80’s on the bench last night for a fret level and set-up. This thing is a beauty!

I keep saying I’m not an amp guy unless it’s obvious, and people keep bringing me amps that have obvious fixes! This #peavy Supreme had a broken ground prong on the plug, so I replaced the cable! Yippee!! #amprepair #guitarrepair

I recently had the pleasure of working on this 1954 Gibson ES-175. The owner bought it in the early ‘60s, didn’t play it much and then put it under his bed. He recently dug it out for his grandkids to “bang around on,” and his son-in-law was smart enough to keep the grandkids away! 🤘🏼🔥
