I did a tiny bit as a kid but vaguely remember them. But I was more into Sly Cooper. However, more recently I been trying out the Ratchet and Clank games. Mid-way through playing Going Commando actually.

Kid me just wanted more Jak 1. Because back then I also was playing Sly Cooper, Super Mario Sunshine, Pokemon, and Animal Crossing. And I just really like the 3D Platformers. Jak 1 I really like collecting all the power-cells and seeing the brightness of the world of all the colors that popped.

Jak 2 also had the issue with the Krimzon Guards. like them all attacking you if you accidently hit 1 of them. And you just trying to get to the next mission. Jak 3 fixed that issue. And some of the checkpoints in Jak 2 are BS. Story wise Jak 2 is better but Jak 3 is a better game gameplay wise.

they really did forget about Keira and Samos as the series went on. But I wished we got a more faithful sequel to Jak 1 when I 1st played Jak 2. Never really like the tone shift as a kid. As I was also very young then. I was only 6. Jak 3 I really like the desert with the racing vehicles.

Jak 2 is the worst in the trilogy in my opinion. Jak 3 improved on everything about Jak 2 that I disliked. And Jak 1 is just Naughty Dog's best game they ever made.
