I remember British people feeling superior to Poland because the latter had ludicrous ‘zones free from LGBT ideology’ in some regional and municipal councils. They’re all gone from Poland but we shamefully seem to be setting them up here.

Depping at choirs (as I am tonight) always seems to be a mix of something you’ve sung a million times (Faure Requiem, Gounod Ave Maria) and works you’ve never heard of (Castagnet Missa Breve?!). Keeps you on your toes.
