#AnimalRights aka #NonhumanRights
are NOT a gift we give to #Animals
They are a BIRTH RIGHT we have taken from them.

#AnimalWelfare (using them) vs animal rights (no use) are two separate things.

Animal Rights because there are too many wrongs.

Plant based for the win yet again 🦾🌱

#BeyondMeat isn’t just making animal-free alternatives; it’s securing official recognition. Both products are certified by the #AmericanHeartAssociation and the #AmericanDiabetesAssociation as smarter choices.’ 🦾🌱

Octopuses keep surprising us...
Known for their otherworldly look and remarkable intelligence, octopuses continue to reveal astonishing qualities, abilities and behaviour.

Then people eat them. 🐙😳

When you demonize and mistreat the immigrant, the poor, and the marginalized, I'm not interested in hearing about your religious beliefs.
You've already shown me what they are by how you're demonizing & mistreating the immigrant, the poor, and the marginalized.

Thanks Eric.
It really was delicious.

Whenever Beyond Meat goes on sale I try to get a few. Additionally any of the Beyond Meat products freeze well!

No, plants don't scream.

56 billion animals a year do however scream, try to escape, and are horribly abused from birth until slaughter.

Can't believe they published it in their mag. 🤦🏼‍♀️

Veganism is vastly misunderstood by so many people despite the fact that clarity is out there and easy to find. “…no basis in science or ethics.” Really??? It’s a wonder the word ‘science’ was spelled correctly. Perhaps thanks to spell check?

Super embarrassing for the @spectator to publish such rubbish.

"These people are doing what they feel is the right thing, but I’m not sure why they feel it’s right. It seems to have no basis in either science or ethics."

Vegan for:
The animals, our water, world hunger
The rainforest, compassion, wildlife
Our health, peace, our planet
Everything.

Those people, (and there are a lot of them) are missing out on so very much...but I don't think that they will ever realize that.
The ego is a powerful drug.

If I might add that is another reason why I'm vegan - we share this planet with a multitude of species but yet we destroy most.

Black Walnut Ink
Gathered a bunch of them to make a batch of ink. It’s been years since the last batch.
You can make different shades as you boil it down. I’ve had it last over 20 years.

I'm so glad that you saw them as well as the birds.

So many people have lost their sense of really seeing, really experiencing, the beauty there is all around us.

Sadly everything involved in animal agriculture is so very cruel and abusive. 😞
