Billionaires shouldn’t control the news, our politics, or the obscene amounts of wealth they do in this cost of living crisis.

Together we can make them pay up so everyone has what they need for a good life.

Australian billionaire backers donated over $2m to major political parties last financial year.

But with a minority government on the way, this is our chance to break their grip over our democracy.

Between 2018 and 2024, Australia’s billionaire wealth almost doubled to $584.5 billion.

They’d be the 24th wealthiest nation in the world, if they were one.

Families are sleeping in tents. Millions are living in poverty.

It’s time the billionaires paid up.

In a wealthy country like ours, everyone should be able to afford the basics: a home, food, and world class health and education.

But that’s not reality.

Instead, billionaires are making out like bandits while everyone else is squeezed.

By putting more Greens MPs in Parliament, we can keep Peter Dutton out and get Labor to act on the cost-of-living crisis.

Change is possible, but you have to vote for it.

After years of Greens pressure, Qld now has 50c fares for good.

& with everything indicating a minority Parliament, if people vote Greens then we can deliver on cost-of-living relief like 50c fares.

We can’t keep voting for the same two parties & expecting a different result.

Our plan for 50c fares would see a full-time worker in Melbourne save $2,400 a year.

In Sydney a full-time worker would save $2,160 a year, in Perth $2,006, and in Adelaide $1,872.

It's eased cost of living pressure in QLD, and it's time to roll it out nationwide.
