Thanks to all the volunteers who helped out today on our Pilchuck River bridges trash #cleanup! We had 13 volunteers and 24 bags of trash. Luckily, the rain held off for the most part, so not bad for a March cleanup.

A couple of us from Green Snohomish joined forces with WSU Snohomish County Extension Sustainable Community Stewards yesterday to divert 2 truckloads of styrofoam from the landfill. It feels good to recycle, but it's sad to see so much styrofoam being produced for 1 time use. Stop the madness!
