So, how is this a "strategic partnership" if the university is generating no income from Ideastream for basically giving away this broadcast license? And the internship thing is a joke. It's like someone stealing your watch and acting like it's amazing generosity to tell you what time it is.

As CSU is WCSB's license holder, does that not make it a state-owned asset, making that NDA shady AF and potentially legally dubious?

Which would be a spectacular overreach. Otherwise known as "Tuesday" on the Roberts Court.

Amazed that this passed this administration's woke test. Now it has to get past all the corporate foot dragging. Long overdue. Make it happen.

Also, the "shutdowns" are nothing but stupid political theater. If you can't pass a budget, shut it all down. Don't pay anybody, no military, no Secret Service, no National Parks, nothing! And least of all Congress, FFS. This is nonsense invented by Gingrich.

Old school thinking is one of the things that got us where we are now, so I'm good with this. The Rays farm system is top notch (unlike ours). So, I'd rather go this route than throwing idiotic sums at free agents that may or may not be a bust.

Cool story bro. You misrepresent facts all the time (and break the law, too!), so can we tariff you? I mean, you and your family are collecting plenty of grift money. This ad was actually respectfully done. Most childish president ever.

Gold: "The only sport that Trump actually plays well is golf—and he cheats at it, according to a 2015 Washington Post investigation, various playing partners, and a viral video from last summer that showed a caddy surreptitiously dropping a ball in a playable lie for him."

The tough guy's sports legacy, from his Wikipedia page: "He dropped football after three or four weeks [at Fordham University] and was a mediocre squash and tennis player."

I'll read this later, but suggest modifying this to read "...under even greater threat." And thanks to all the cool kids and tough guys who thought learning about history was dumb. The play books are all right there.

The humor really helps make it easier to understand for the non-constitutional law scholar. Strict Scrutiny is on my weekly listen list.

How about we bring back a functioning government that serves its citizens. Why don't we give that a try?
