I bought the paper workbook and manuals for Step 2 and Steps 1 mix (which I'm working through now). I think paper is better for learning, but I thought the s/w was useful as well, especially the games. The s/w lessons are also aimed at the student while the paper manual is aimed at the teacher.

Are you saying his hurt feelings don't constitute a national emergency?

The only hint in the article that just maybe he doesn't have the authority to do this comes with "a move that unions have challenged in federal court" in the 9th paragraph. It's all just horse race reporting.

The local abc affiliate, KATU, put a camera out for 24 hours. Maybe NYT could have watched that if they weren't willing to actually send a reporter?

Glad I'm not alone. My wife and I were watching it. I struggled to get through two episodes before tapping out. "If this ends with his car ruining the shot, I'm done...."

And he won't be asked a direct question about it.

Why are there no stories? In the US, it's only on daily beast so far. It's obviously not true and Johson is throwing this in to keep the q crazies on board, but the speaker of the house saying the president of the united states was an fbi informant is a story. They can explain the background.

Loved that movie. "It's not the voltage, it's the amps that kill you." "How many amps?" "Enough to push a train!"

The recent gutting of DOT&E is another example. DOT&E provides reports to Congress unfiltered by SECDEF.

He said it wasn't a foul, but he'd let Klobuchar shoot free throws anyway because he's the bigger man.

Saw retired O6 neighbor putting his "No Kings" signs in his car yesterday. Prior to 2016, he handed out republican sample ballots during elections.

Fantastic book. Growing up in Atlanta with parents who grew up in the book's ground zero, Southwest Atlanta, it felt pretty personal, like reading your family's secrets. I think about the book virutally every day as yesterday's "freedom of association" becomes today's "religious liberty."
