After seeing several references to this #bikeboy and his collision with Dan Andrews' car, the point of impact was between the front driver's side wheel and the driver's door, as shown in the photos. And the windscreen is directly in front of the driver's side. This means that #bikeboy hit car

An interesting day for me, as a healthcare worker I am now on the other side. Sort of glad to have my crappy arthritic knee has been replaced. I'm not looking forward to the post-operative part.
