What a surprise! I'd hope that more of her ilk would leave the Tories for reform and let the Majors, Hesiltines, Clarke's etc reclaim the party they were a part of in the 1990s. We need more reasoned and sensible people not only in government but also opposition.

But how many of those Twitter users are bots? I still have my twitter account and it's likely I'll just leave it dormant rather than deactivate. At least I won't be rewarding the blue ticks for clicks though 😁

Well done Alicia Kearns, it's refreshing to hear and see a politician not trying to point score, but endeavouring to work and represent those who have been badly treated.

I may disagree with Dominic Grieve on a host of issues, but I have the utmost respect for him being a principled and decent human being. We need more people to come together from different ends of the political spectrum to ensure our return to the EU is made a priority for the UK.

What's to say he won't change the rules so he can run for a third term? There doesn't seem to be much that can stop him at the moment - only ill health and his death.
