and it would be eventually quite better if they don't even contend for any place in the Playoffs through a Play In game.

Let's grab tickets for Cancun, departure April 14th in the morning and knock the fuck off of this garbage of a season.

Good day everybody! ☕

So, if the thought of them being on the edge of becoming a curious to dangerous matchup in the Play In tournament is knocking at your door, you can yell "SHUT THE FUCK UP" to it and never open that door.

They have no chance against what will be eventually their opponent in the Play In, ...

And there comes the fun part of this thread.

The Phoenix Suns stand at the 19th place in the NBA in Net Rating against the top 10, in March 2025, with a beautiful -8.1 and a record of 1 W and 5 D. Gorgeous.

Because, when you pay around 150M of luxury tax, record of the NBA this season, with Mike Budenholzer, former champion with the Bucks in 2021, as your coach, winning against the bottom/flop 20 in the league is not even something that should be discussed.
It's all about what you do against the top10.

The Phoenix Suns are doing real good against the flop 20 (so every team not in the top 10 in the league in Net Rating). It's a 6-0 over the month of March.
Great offensive numbers, and pretty good defense as well. They're just behind OKC in terms of Net Rating.

Now, what about the top 10? lol
March 20, 2025 at 10:49 AM
The Suns currently are on a 6-5 record in March. An interesting record that was improved in the last 5 games stretch, with 3W over the Kings, the Raptors and the Bulls last night.

But if we dig deeper into what the schedule tells us, here is what we find:

that long term mariage basically.

I'm sorry @msjnba.bsky.social about Tyus Jones, and I know you'd like to see him to the Kings next season, but I had to speak for an entire fanbase man ahah

tuned in!

- last but not least: DEVIN BOOKER PLAYED THE POINT and ran the offense with such a good decision making.

Fun game to watch. Gets your head out of the domming section... at least for a day or two lol.

This trio NEEDS to play more, they all need good rotation minutes. BUD FOR CHRIST SAKE, give Dunn his 30, Oso his 25 and Gillespie his 15min a game, the team needs them, the fans love and need them as well. They're giving the team what it needs to be fun again!
March 15, 2025 at 9:58 AM
- COLLIN GILLESPIE WAS ON THE COURT AS WELL and so precious. Not 30min like Dunn and Ighodaro, but what he did during that third QT was everything the Phoenix Suns need since the season started: efficient scrappy defensive plays, attention to details, ball caring on every possession, agressiveness.
March 15, 2025 at 9:58 AM
- OSO IGHODARO WAS THE FIRST ROTATION OUT OF THE BENCH.
With Nick Richards out, and Plumlee maybe a little too agressive, Oso got minutes (more than 30 actually) and delivered with his usual and very helpful: good ball movement, precise on DHO, good rim running activity, excellent rolls, and DUNKS!

First of all :
- RYAN DUNN FUCKING STARTED A GAME FOR THE SUNS
and once again, his all court pressing, his energy, his confidence just litterally SPLASHES everywhere and infuses in the whole 5. Leading the team to follow him in efforts, in focus, in hustle. So good to see.
