You could build a software that you used to use (e.g. msn Messenger?) but no longer exist. If you go down that path, you could find nostalgic users.

They just stop replying. If they have nothing ti win, they just don't spend the time sharing. It kind of makes sense, but just harder to improve the product.

I did my own ticketing system. If I were to start over, I would probably use an existing solution.
By quality, I mean representative of the overall state of the app. People often complain but rarely give compliments. Also feedback is rarely actionable. People just say "I don't like".

Two ways mainly: support tickets and a form before deleting an account.

Generally speaking, it's really difficult to get quality feedback.

There should be five, but on weekends newspaper publish less. I will add more and also a mews similarity score to group them together as I add more sources
