It’s December and here are the holiday rules:

1. Don’t go into debt trying to show people how much you love them.
2. Don’t go home to family if it negatively affects your mental health.
3. If someone comments on your weight, eat them.

This holiday season I've decided to go glutton free. So far, no good.
