Thank god for nurses as too many surgeons are assholes. I've had about a dozen operations and was a hospital volunteer in high school so pardon me for generalizing.

I missed the part where she tells ICE that killing is OK as long as it is not taking place in her state. Is she prohibited from speaking for her constituents? She also condemns ICE and says she will vote against DHS funding. I think you are overreacting.

Back in 2015 it was obvious that Trump could not distinguish between fantasy and reality. The technical term for that is "psychotic." He's been crazy right along. What has changed is the mental decline due to physical factors.

Unless it is very specialized a hospital would go bankrupt serving only the rich. Why do you think Medicaid defunding will close 100's of hospitals? Huge overhead requires billing a LOT of patients.
