Sahalie Falls on the McKenzie River in Oregon. I usually like the soft effect of a slow shutter speed on waterfalls, but for powerful plunges like this, I think a somewhat faster shutter speed is more appropriate. #WaterfallWednesday #landscapephotography

Cracks me up. Article by bsky.app/profile/cntr... says the Columbia River Gorge is "the Pacific Northwest's Best Kept Secret". Hardly a secret when Multnomah Falls gets around 2 million visitors per year, and an advance permit is required to enter the parking lot from May to September. #Travel
