If the title is vague with "this will change everything" it gets people to click to hear out the idea or what "this" is, if the title allows ppl to guess what your opinion is they come in with an agenda for or against already.

The cameras don't trigger unless you speed over 11mph over the speed limit, which i don't speed like that so not everybody speeds.

Seems like they had a bigger problem with the fee structure, and as long as you don't speed you don't need to worry about the fee.

Its 28 MPH pedal assist here in the USA, 20 MPH for throttle speed.

Same thing I here when people complain about a roundabout being installed instead of a signal intersection, it involves a modicum of attention to drive thru a roundabout and they dont want to have to think at all just wants shiny light to say go.
