So conflicted about Rush reforming and going back on tour. For me, Neil was very much the spectacle of their live shows, not taking away anything from Geddy and Alex and their incredible playing. That said, their new drummer Anika Nilles’ playing is out of this world crazy good!!

I would genuinely love a Green government and I have voted for them several times in the past. Their policies would more than likely cost the Tax payer more in the short term, which is a big turnoff for a lot of people whilst we’re in an austerity driven cost of living crisis, but worth it I think

Pretty decent 2 hours seawatch from Seaton Sluice, Northumberland today. Good numbers of Gannet and Guillemot through. A few Razorbill and Eider, Shag, 3 RT Divers 17 Common Scoter & 4 Velvet Scoter, few juv. Kittiwakes and Arctic Terns too. Plus 4 Bottlenose Dolphins heading north

There is definitely an argument for keeping domestic Cats indoors to minimise their effect on wildlife, but human activity overall is far, far worse. So many animals, both wild and domestic, are killed every year on our roads, and that’s just one example.
