I understand constraints can be problematic, but they are part of how designers reason about layout. Also, "padding", "margin"... are constraints in disguise

The calculations from this article seem weirdly skewed toward spectacular results. This is unfortunate because there is likely some truth to the premise.

I'm just a simpleton with a humanities education but I'm almost in this camp. The contemporary programmer enjoys fewer avenues for emphasis than Gutenberg. Why does authoring code mostly lack the sophistication of headings, boldface, footnotes, endnotes, appendices, and so on?
