Running in 95F heat suck! I sweat too much.

Made it to 100 days of running at least 1 mile daily. I had to take a break from running daily because of a stomach bug that made running risky, and my IT band started hurting too much. My long-distance suffered a bit as well.
For something different. TrueNas VS Proxmox.

Are there any better shoes for running than Hoka Shoes? My favorite running shoes so far! Day 72 of running everyday!

Friday 5 miler done! Time for a beer or 5! Beer tastes so much better after a good run! How can I post from Garmin without revealing my home?

Of course it rained after I got out of my meeting. Another boring treadmill run. Day 58 of running at least 1 mile every day.

It's pouring down rain. Gotta maintain my streak. So the boring treadmill it is.

Boom. 7.5 mile run in the bag. The weather today. Today was my little ones first Soccer practice. I'm proud of him. I also smoked Chicken Drumsticks in my Smoker with Hickory chips with Meat Church Texas Sugar Rub! We experimented with smoking cream cheese as well with garlic butter seasoning.

What would be a good upgrade from a Garmin forerunner 55? Another forerunner? So far on day 45 of running everyday. Lifting days I only run 1-2 miles but on running days I do at least 3.10 miles. Friday or Saturday I run at least 6 Miles if not more.

Could not maintain running a 5K every day. My knee had started hurting in a way it has never before. But, I have maintained running at least 1 mile a day and a 5K every other day for 28 days.

Ran a 5K for 11 days in a row.

Gas prices are going up. Egg prices are going up. And they just go golfing.
