as a test of the new yarn this turned out fantastic. the new yarn is thicker and softer than the yarn i’ve been using and it’s about the same price.

popped into an op shop and found Shanghai Baby by Hui Wei Zhou - which i read a long time ago and loved. and Solaris by Stanislaw Lem - i’m still waiting for the movie to show up on streaming somewhere so maybe i’ll read the book first

i tried to make pulled pork tacos but the flatbread was mouldy. instead the bbq pulled pork is in a bowl with rice, sautéed capsicum, asparagus & corn with chives and good ole avocado.
