Democracy works best when all those impacted by decisions are included in the decision making process. There are better decisions and better outcomes.

I've noticed a lot of Pres election online posters have v few friends and name their occupation as 'digital creator', even apparently quite middle aged M and F.🤔

Plenty of young folk on FB have no idea of the system or legal process. No comprehension that, however odd or silly a particular regulation might appear, it's there for (usually) a sound reason of checks and balances in public administration

Mind you electoral reform is needed IMO!

Ireland Finance Minister, Paschal Donohoe, is paid by the taxpayer more in one month than a lot of workers earn in a whole year.

How does he expect ordinary folk to live when he keeps the Minimum Wage below the Living Wage?

It's a deliberately mean choice and totally unnecessary.
