That happened to me yesterday. I emailed a complaint, which they closed without responding, then they emailed asking for feedback. I provided feedback (with bells on) and sent in another complaint about their BS. I'm narked enough to go the full Karen on this one.

My approach in those situations is to lean over and say "FFS put your bloody phone down and come back to bed". Works a treat, especially on public transport.
